When the German Oceanographic Museum Foundation (Ozeaneum) merged with three other organizations and opened a new facility in 2008, it became the largest natural science attraction on Germany’s North and Baltic coasts. With the help of Alcatel-Lucent, the four facilities are able to operate as a single entity.
