Qualta is First Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Solution Reseller to Offer Innovative OpenTouch Personal Cloud to Italian Companies

Qualta System Integrator, specializing in ICT and TLC solutions and long-term certified Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise business communication solutions reseller, will be the first to market the OpenTouch Personal Cloud (OTPC) solutions in Italy. The OpenTouch Personal Cloud is an innovative communications application and business collaboration suite that can be integrated with any existing communications platform. It represents a simple, safe and flexible way of working that changes the way employees, clients and suppliers cooperate and share information within companies of all sizes that creates a personalized connected experience. These applications, available as a service, can be easily used via a web browser and a telephone terminal. The consumption-based, pay-per-use model offers the maximum flexibility to companies without requiring them to sign a long term agreement with a supplier.

As part of the Personal Cloud solution, OpenTouch Conference offers an easy-to-use audio conferencing and screen sharing application. Participants click the link in the invitation, type a phone number and are called and connected to the meeting via audio and screen sharing in a moment with any device they prefer.

Qualta will deliver dedicated solutions, assistance and support to customers as well as the consumption-based billing while ALE will provide the OpenTouch Personal Cloud infrastructure.
