Paris, France – Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise is providing visitors with a personal and enhanced experience as part of the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in its new headquarters located outside Paris, France.

A new interactive application is changing how customers interact and enables a real BYOD experience, from the moment they schedule a visit, to their arrival, to the actual visit and tour, and beyond the appointment.
We want our 7,000 plus yearly EBC visitors to learn about the advanced enterprise solutions offered, to have an impactful experience and leave with a positive, accurate impression of how our capabilities and know-how can meet their business challenges,” said Isabelle Pre, Operational Marketing Vice President, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. “As a new company, interactivity with customers and prospects allows us to work more collaboratively helping them achieve positive business outcomes.”
Visitors download the app after receiving credentials prior to the event, and are recognized on the network upon arrival, triggering immediate push notifications and enabling on-demand access to information. Additionally, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise is offering a free download of the Alcatel-Luent IP Desktop Softphone (a cloud application) to their personal device during their stay.

The digitally enhanced EBC showroom and demo center offers QR codes to download documentation on available demos, while tablets host customer reference videos to provide an improved digital experience.   

Starting this month, customers are invited to share, connect and achieve more knowledge as part of the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Experience Days 2014. These interactive, customer-led events provide live testimonials, a tour of the research and development lab, live demos, meetings with experts, and interactive roundtable discussions with peers.

After touring the new EBC, customers are invited to stay in touch via access to a virtual event platform.
