New Value-Added Distributor of data and network technology
3KV and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise have entered into a strategic partnership. Effective immediately, both companies are joining forces to win new data and network technology customers. The partnership agreement, which makes 3KV a Value-Added Distributor of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, was signed during CeBIT 2014 at Hanover.
3KV is a leading specialist distributor for customized solutions in the IT area: infrastructure and security, passive network infrastructure and cloud solutions. With its excellent reseller network, the Munich-based company has access to resellers whom Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise was not able to address with their existing distribution landscape.
Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise had specifically searched for a distributor who specializes in network infrastructures and would help them strengthen their market position in this segment and continue their distinct growth in data communications. With 3KV, the company found the ideal partner for this ambitious strategy.
3KV considered Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise’s trend-setting technologies and the breadth of their portfolio a major incentive for the cooperation. They were also impressed by their new partner’s continuous growth: According to IDC, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise is the fastest-growing vendor of Ethernet switches.* 3KV is convinced that the partnership will provide their reseller community with a sound basis for additional business and profitable growth.
