“Focus and outcomes. This is the future of our new enterprise,” declared Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise CEO Michel Emelianoff as he opened the final session of the annual Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Global Business Partner event.

This year’s three-day conference, held in Paris, France, March 2-4, 2015, drew over 800 enthusiastic and dedicated business partners, in addition to industry analysts and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise business leaders.

The theme of the 2015 conference was “InPulse” and the message throughout was clear– Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise’s core mission is to help companies transform the way people communicate, harnessing capabilities offered by ever smarter devices and new use models.

The conference culminated with the recognition of outstanding achievements by Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise channel partners throughout 2014 and success beyond revenue targets. Emelianoff emphasized collaboration and the mission Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise shares with its partners is to co-create personalized connected experiences and deliver tangible outcomes for customers and their end-users.

Supporting this focus, the awards were presented in two distinct categories: Co-creation and Personalized Connected Experience.

Co-creation category

This category recognizes several partners who have co-created value and differentiation in the market in 2014.

  • Orange Business Services – 2014 Global Partner of the Year: SMB Customer Satisfaction (France)
  • Komsa - Global Distributor of the Year 2014 (Germany)
  • TDC Sweden - 2014 Global Partner of the Year: Cloud and Hospitality (Sweden)
  • Dimension Data - 2014 Global Partner of the Year: Unified Communications

Personalized Connected Experience category

End-users are looking for a personalized experience. To be successful, the diversity of user needs must be recognized and delivered. The three partners who have excelled at delivering on that diversity in 2014 are:

  • VoIP – 2014 Global Partner of the Year: Healthcare
  • Advance2000 - Global Breakthrough Project of the Year (North America)
  • Khipu – Global Partner of the Year: Unified Access Networks (UK)

According to Emelianoff, “Together we will create long term value and customer relevancy by delivering business outcomes to customers and partners through technology and business innovations. As you have seen, we have huge ambitions. We have a great appetite for our future; a future that we want to co-create with you.  And, what we hope is that this notion of co-creation is going to be the vehicle for not only our success for 2015, but also the future. Congratulations to the 2014 award winners.”
