Although we are in a quiet period relative to the ongoing transition to Huaxin, we are committed to regular communications with our customers, business partners, analysts and the business technology media throughout this transition.

This partnership will not change how we serve our market. We remain dedicated to our business strategy, which means continuing to deliver innovative technologies to a global customer base. We continue to execute this strategy through close collaboration with our channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our solutions and continue to meet the needs of customers.

We also remain committed to our investment in R&D above the industry average to foster innovation and deliver world-class solutions that enable business growth. New exciting offers that span the three core areas of our expertise – communications, networking, and cloud – are the right mix to support the technology needs of our customers and partners.

Regarding our go-to-market, our business partners continue to be at the center of our business model. We recently completed a tour of meetings around the world where we honored over 20 partners who helped make 2013 a success and will continue to do so in 2014. It is the business and technology partner relationships that enable us to continue to outperform the market – as we did again in Q4’2013 in both Networking (LAN, WLAN, Data Center) and Telephony (sources Dell’Oro Group, Infonetics, Crehan Research, MZA).
