Personalized capabilities match need for enterprise-grade functionality
Award based on 10-step evaluation process
OpenTouch platform separates itself from a crowded field, without compromise
Frost & Sullivan (F&S) has presented Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise the 2014 Global Product Differentiation Excellence award in Unified Communications based on the findings of its Best Practice research.
The award recognizes Alcatel-Lucent's efforts to address the myriad of enterprise demands that often conflict such as requirements for robust capabilities that must be simple and cost-effective.
F&S used a 10-step process to identify award recipients. As a part of those steps, they evaluated solutions based on unique features/functionality, quality/complexity, customization capabilities, target market needs matched, and perception of the product’s uniqueness.
F&S’s report on the award concluded that in a rapidly evolving unified communications market, the demand for right-sized platforms and personalized user experiences are on the rise. ALUE differentiated from the crowded field with its flexible OpenTouch platform which enables business customers and their respective users to deploy what they want, how they want and without compromise for maximum benefit.
